Service and accounts

Novus provides free browser-based visualizer, lyric, cover/Canvas art, SFX, audio-library, and overlay tools. Guest creation and export do not require an account. A username/password account is required for durable cloud saving, private uploads, community participation, and cross-device access. There are no subscriptions, paid plans, export quotas, or billing entitlements.

You are responsible for protecting your password, passkeys, recovery codes, and active sessions. Because Novus has no outbound email recovery, accounts without an available recovery method may not be recoverable.

Your work and source rights

You retain rights in compositions and exported files you create. You grant Novus only the limited permission needed to store, process, preview, and—when you explicitly publish—display the selected immutable revision. You must have the necessary rights to audio, fonts, images, video, models, lyrics, trademarks, and other material you upload or publish.

Novus engine code, product design, templates, and branding remain proprietary. Do not bypass security, distribute malicious files, scrape private content, or use the service to infringe rights.

Community rules

Publishing is explicit and creates an immutable revision. Remixes preserve attribution. Users may report or block content and creators. Novus may hide content, remove comments, quarantine assets, suspend accounts, preserve audit evidence, and act on repeat or serious violations under the Community Guidelines.

Availability and exports

Rendering and export happen locally in your browser and depend on device capabilities. Constrained phones may be limited to 1080p; supported desktop hardware may export up to 4K. Novus does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, identical hardware performance, or recovery of data that was never durably saved.

Deletion, changes, and contact

You may export or delete account data through settings, subject to safety, moderation, backup, and legal retention. Additive migration and compatibility records may remain during a rollback window. Material service or terms changes may be announced in the authenticated inbox and changelog. Contact details and appeal instructions are available on the contact page.
