Saving projects and assets

Signed-in edits are debounced and flushed on explicit save and visibility changes. The editor reports saving, saved, offline, conflict, or failed. Revision tokens prevent another device from being silently overwritten.

Guests have no durable browser library. Save opens authentication and claims the current in-memory document. Export `.novusvis` before leaving if you do not want to sign in.

Uploads use short-lived scoped tokens, checksums, magic-byte/decode validation, and quarantine. Choose once per project whether audio is included in cloud saving. If not, another device requests the matching file by fingerprint.
