You can delete your Novus account at any time from the Settings page. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Account
Go to Settings → Account and scroll to the 'Danger Zone' section. Click 'Delete Account' and confirm. Your profile, saved projects, custom templates, and community posts will be permanently removed.
There is no subscription to cancel — Novus is free and does not charge you anything.
Tips
- →Export any visualizer projects you want to keep before deleting — downloaded files stay on your device.
Data Retention
After account deletion, your data is removed from the Novus database within 30 days. Exported video files you have already downloaded to your device are not affected.
