Magnetic Field traces flow lines through a simulated vector field generated by one or more orbiting poles. In dipole mode two opposite poles orbit the canvas and produce characteristic banana-shaped field lines. Quadrupole adds four poles for more complex patterns. Aurora and curtain modes replace field tracing with undulating vertical columns inspired by the northern lights. Storm mode introduces turbulent noise instead of poles.

Parameters
| Parameter | Description | Range / Options |
|---|---|---|
| Magnetic Field Mode | dipole / quadrupole / spiral / aurora / curtain / storm | Select |
| Line Count | Number of field lines traced per frame | 6-60 |
Tips & Best Practices
- 1
Aurora mode with a dark background and blue/teal field color looks stunning for ambient sets.
- 2
Storm mode at high Line Count creates a dense turbulence effect for energetic tracks.
- 3
Reduce Line Count for cleaner exports on slower devices.
Export Performance
2D engine — field color with 60-80% opacity exports well; too many lines at full opacity can reduce clarity.
