Reactive Mesh 3D renders a subdivided plane mesh where each vertex is displaced by a combination of audio frequency bands and perlin noise. Six modes define the deformation character: vertical displacement by frequency column, radial ripple waves, inflation into a sphere, fracture into broken shards, surface tessellation zoom, and free-form morph blend.
Key Features
Parameters
| Parameter | Description | Range / Options |
|---|---|---|
| 3D Mode | displacement / ripple / inflate / fracture / tessellate / morph | Select |
| Mesh Resolution | Grid subdivision count per axis | 8–64 |
| Glow Intensity | Wireframe/surface bloom strength | 0.1–3.0 |
Tips & Best Practices
- 1
fracture at resolution 32 with high bass creates convincing glass-break effects on beats.
- 2
inflate smoothly transitions from flat to globe — combine with slow ambient tracks.
Export Performance
Three.js WebGL. Mesh Resolution above 48 is GPU-bound — test at target resolution.
